Cancellation Policy

All bookings require a 50% deposit upon booking. This will be applied towards your session fee at the time of the appointment. The Deposit is refundable if cancelled or rebooked prior to 48hrs before the session. If your are more that 15 min late for your appointment it will count as a no-show relinquishing your deposit. If you are unable to attend your session at the booked time you may try to contact Christian 24hrs in advance and he may be able to accommodate. Please try to be 5 min early for your session.
